Water is the one thing in a house that touches everything. It’s the shower your kids stand in every morning, the glass on the nightstand, the coffee, the ice, the laundry that sits against your skin all day. And almost nobody thinks about it, because it never asks to be thought about.

I started Origin because too many people around here get sold a system before anyone has looked at their water. On the mains it’s a different job. That water comes off a protected reservoir, so the change people feel first is at the tap they drink from: chlorine taste, and everything the water picks up travelling through old main and older service lines on the way to the kitchen. Carbon filtration and reverse osmosis under the sink, and people notice that inside a day. Plenty of houses end up with both.
